Data relating to member structures

Personal data transmitted by the structures as part of their membership are processed by the LUX Network for the sole purpose of fulfilling its legal and statutory missions. 

For the purposes of promoting members, the LUX Network publishes the list of member structures on its website.

Subject to legal obligations, particularly tax obligations, requiring the retention of certain information for a longer period, the data collected by the LUX Network is retained for the duration of the membership.

Mailing list related data

Personal data collected as part of registration to the LUX Network mailing lists are used solely for the purpose of sending informational emails by the LUX Network relating to its activities. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time.

This data is exclusively intended for the LUX Network services. It is kept for the duration of the registration to the mailing list.

Your rights

In accordance with current legislation, you can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. If applicable, you can withdraw your consent at any time or object to the processing of your data.

Data is temporarily stored in cookies to enable optimal navigation on the site, particularly when consulting the image bank.

Cookies are also used for statistical purposes to measure the number of visits, the number of pages viewed as well as visitor activity on the site and their frequency of return.
