Circulation(s)

Fetart is the creator and organiser of the Circulation(s) festival. Its artistic direction is fully assumed by 8 independant commissioners specialised in emerging photography. That many sensibilities and asserted positions that meet and support each other, in making the deliberate choice of plurality of expressions. It is this consideration for others that marks the festival's identity and is at the heart of its workings.

Since 2011, Circulation(s) questions contemporary issues through the eyes of its emerging european photographers. Each year, by presenting about twenty artists of various nationalities, the collective offers an open artistic view, rich of contrasts and its tendancies, which reflect contemporary concerns.

Today, the Fetart collective asserts itself as an unavoidable reference of the french cultural scene. As a genuine prospectivee and innovating pole, the collective also supports partner organisations on their photography-related projects. Notoriously, it supports the Caritas Photo Sociale Prize for the Caritas France network.
